I am writing to express my thanks and gratitude for the funding BACO supplied me in order to gain my level 3 Food safety in catering qualification.  Without the funding supplied from BACO I would not have been able to achieve this qualification that has not only greatly helped me with employment within the prison, out with the prison on gaining ROTL (released on temporary licence) work, and will also continue to help me with future employment upon release…

I have recently been accepted to start working for Redemption Roasters through ROTL whilst i serve the remaining six months of my sentence….

Please pass on my gratitude and endless appreciation to all at BACO and the fantastic people supporting your charity, it is an invaluable resource for prisoners whom, without your help, would not be able to achieve such qualifications.
