Kestrel Theatre

In August 2018 Kestrel Theatre took nine released on temporary licence (ROTL) ready prisoners from HMP Springhill through the professional process of making a piece of theatre from rehearsals in a space in Bicester through to eight lunchtime public performances at The Royal Court in London.

In December 2019 residents wrote and performed in “Jack the Lad and the Beanstalk”, original music performed with the help of the Irene Taylor Trust.
