BACO has an Executive Committee who oversee the management of the charity.  They are dedicated to the cause and are active individuals in the local community. They have expertise in marketing, fund raising, accountancy and business management. In line with best practice set out by the Charity Commission they have a length of tenure to serve and are duly re-elected at the AGM. They all give their time and expertise voluntarily.
